Another summer in DC has come to an end, but that doesn’t mean you need to hibernate in your apartment until next spring! To the contrary, there are many events taking place this September that should give you more than enough reason to get out and enjoy all that our city has to offer. Here are a few things to do this month in the DMV:
- See a Nationals game. Head to National Park to watch a game of baseball and eat a hot dog (or two!).
- Visit the National Museum of the American Indian. This museum (and the National Museum of American History) have both recently reopened to the public.
- Catch a concert. Been awhile since you watched a live performance? Snag tickets to a concert and see your favorite acts on a big stage.
- Attend a festival. The National Food & Wine Festival, DC Shorts International Film Festival, and the King Street Art Festival are three festivals that you won’t want to miss this year.
