Order Craft Brews Electronically, No Wait Necessary, at Bluejacket

  |     |   Uncategorized

When you sit down for a house-made beer and a bite to eat at Bluejacket, you won’t have to wait for a server to swing by to place your order. The ever-humming local brewery has streamlined the ordering process to minimize person-to-person contact and make everything as efficient as possible. Simply pull up the menu on your phone, enter your table number, and place your order.

You’ll probably want to start with a few snacks and a round of signature suds. If you like a hoppy beer, the Fancy Clown or We Come Alive DIPAs should be right up your alley. For something a little more unique, however, the Gan Bei rice lager or Bonkers double-fruited sour should both fit the bill. Pair your chosen pint with a jumbo everything pretzel (of course, it comes with beer cheese and beer mustard) or the spicy cilantro and lemon hummus. For the main course, dig into a gourmet sandwich such as the lamb shawarma roll or the fried chicken sandwich with house-made buffalo sauce. You can also go with a “big plate” like the pan-seared salmon, the spicy Thai mussels, or the house-made pierogies.
